Well, trips out into the wilderness also get pretty dangerous. So there's some benefit to waiting around. But if people don't feel comfortable doing that, they can take jobs in the city and get anemoi that way.

So...I guess you're right in that waiting around isn't a good thing to do. There's other ways to get memories.
