*Whoever's keeping an eye on the green snake dragon issue might notice a certain odd woman with nine tails approaching, humming happily, hauling a sack that would put Santa Claus to shame on her back. She seems to have a distinct purpose here, but what?*

Oh excuse me! Mr. Dragon? Yes, I apologize for bothering you, but I was wondering if perhaps you would like some lovely pastries? I believe the machine called them, ah, "Poffins." They're tasty, and they'll give your scales a nice gleam! May I offer you some?

*Is she off her gourd, or what?*

EDIT: *Apparently not, considering the monster snake has now officially completely stopped blocking the lab. Mission accomplished!*

Well, as it happens, Shen is there. Trying to figure out what to do with this dragon. And when he sees Ran just mosey up, as blithe as you please and offer pastries to it, well, he does question her sanity a little, yes.

Simply offering it a little incentive to move. Ky seems to think this might be effective.

This stops Shen for a beat. "I... have never seen a dragon eat pastries before, but... then again... I suppose stranger things have happened."

He eyes the dragon anyway. One step toward the adorable little fox-girl and he'll slice it up good.

It seems better than nothing. And someone DID note these machines showed up around the same time as the dragon.

He stares at the dragon as if to say Really? REALLY?

Poffins! Well, I think that is the name anyway. They seem mostly like filled breads to me. Very tasty though, I must say.

I think dragons prefer things that shine. Or gleam, whichever.

I'm sure that is a priority, yes, but everybody has to eat sometime as well.

[Gordon had followed some distance behind after noticing the productive fox-woman trotting by the Ermis lounge window with a bag of pastries the size of a wrecking ball slung over her shoulder.

[He knew the purpose behind it, but all the same he couldn't NOT investigate to see if this would really lure Puff the Magic Dragon away from his spot.]

[Rayquaza's head comes up and it sniffs the air. Its eyes are fixed on that sack.]

Yes, hello! I thought you might appreciate some of these fine treats! But could I possibly request that you move away from the door? I think you'll find that hill over there to be a much more enjoyable spot for a picnic! The view is much better, at least.

*She stays a good distance away, holding one of the pastries out enticingly. Someone might notice that she's actually, uh, FLYING.*

[Rayquaza stretches out just a smidgen, mouth open wide.]

*She throws one to him as an incentive, then moves further away, flying closer to the hill.*

[The Poffin is gone in a blink! Rayquaza shimmies out a little farther.]

*Another toss, a bit further away. That's the trick!*

[As it uncoils to snap at the latest treat, part of the doorway is exposed.]

*She flies further away, throwing another treat at him.*

There we go! Aren't these great? You're looking healthier and shinier already!

[Maybe he's born with it. Maybe it's Maybelline Poffins. It's moving significantly faster now.]

*Ran flies faster herself, towards her destination. She throws one more to it before heading there, setting down with the bag.*

[The lab is now monstersnake-free. The hill and Ran, however, are currently the targets of some Grade-A looming.]

*Ran smiles sweetly. Then, with a flourish, opens the bag and lets it fall to its side, spilling its tasty contents, before bolting herself. Bon appetite, Sir!*
