[On her second night in Sirocco, Shou is getting to know the populace by way of a good old-fashioned pub crawl! If you're known to frequent the drinkier parts of town, she can be found at various bars of more questionable repute (the ones that won't turn someone away for not knowing their age and looking like a teenager), laughing loudly and being drunkenly sociable and occasionally stopping to ask questions like "what's a Sex on the Beach?" to complete strangers. If you are NOT known to frequent the drinkier parts of town, you may regardless encounter a staggeringly drunk teenage girl wobbling down the street late at night, by herself, in search of new bars.]

She's not the only one who regularly frequents the drinkier parts of town. That bird is everywhere, isn't he? And right now he's right over there, leaning against the bar and chatting inebriatedly with some pretty girl who looks like all she wants out of the encounter is to steal his feathers.

"...So then he said, 'Rectum? I barely touched him,' which... is just dreadful... so I coshed 'im over the head... went to bring him in, y'see... and halfway to the police station when 'is accomplice shows up..."

Shou fumbles her way down the bar to the seat next to Shen, ultimately ending up having to lean on him to avoid falling over. "Hi there!"

The woman he'd been talking to blinks, staring blankly at Shou. The bird gets the hint a beat afterward when the girl leans on him. He is... not the steadiest thing to try and support oneself against at the moment.

"Ah-eh... hullo. I--whups!" He flaps his wings a bit to steady himself. "What brings you here, to-night?" Wobble.

Shou waves a glass of... something, she honestly doesn't remember, at Shen. "What else would bring me to a bar?"

Mistaking the gesture for a toast, Shen manages to get his glass to touch hers for a moment despite the mutual wavering. "What else, indeed?" He drinks to that even if nobody else does and then squints at her. "'Ve met you before... right?"

"Of course! Somewhere. You were..." Shou squints at Shen, punctuating her eventual revelation by pointing almost in his direction. "You were giving preshents to my roommate!"

That girl you were talking to, Shen? She appears to be leaving now.
