[So guess who else has been hit with a sudden bout of narcolepsy?

Yep, that's right, it's Bunny's turn to fall asleep at embarrassing moments. He was in the library, you see, checking out anything that could possibly shed some light on the mysterious symbol, and was in the middle of diligently pouring over a book on Greek mythology when he slumps over and starts snoring. Thankfully, it isn't very loud, but it's still a bit annoying.

It happens again when he tries to go home. Every so often, he's hit with the inexplicable urge to fall asleep, and can't resist it for long, which is why he's either:

a.) slumped against a tree in the park,
b.) curled up on a bench,
c.) leaning against a post, and...
d.) asleep. Anywhere.

He looks so peaceful when he's asleep, though, someone should probably wake him up.]

*There's a fox over here just... sort of watching you. It's a very odd fox, what with it having nine tails and being more the size of a St. Bernard and all.*

[He'd notice the fox, of course, but he's kind of...asleep. Yep. And snoring softly.]

*Eventually, she pads over and begins nosing him a bit. Come on, you can't sleep here, you are a human.*

[Oh, yes he can.]

...mm, not now...

*Sir, you leave this fox no choice. Employ... cold dog nose on back of neck!*

[AUGH DID YOU HAVE TO DO THAT

He snaps awake, abruptly sitting up as he looks around. Then he notices the nine-tailed fox.

...erm, wow. Nine tails. Excuse him, he's just going to stare for a moment before rubbing the remaining sleep out of his eyes. Jeez, he's going to have to do something about this sudden narcolepsy.]

Ah, hello.

[The greeting is a little tentative.]

*The fox backs up a bit. She looks around, and then eyes him. Odd place to sleep, sir, don't you think? Humans should be sleeping in nice warm places.*

[ Her mother instincts strikes again as she carefully moves to where he is sleeping and gently touches his shoulder. ]

You shouldn't sleep outside....

[rookierabbit]

[Watch him. He turns over, muttering something about rabbits. You're going to need to do better than that if you wanna wake him up.]

[ He must be really tired, so Iri decides to take off her coat, sit down next to him, gently move closer to Bunny so he can rest using her legs as a pillow and putting the coat on him so he won't be cold. ]

[...oh, this is kind of nice. He looks so peaceful, and perhaps that's because he's dreaming of a white Christmas.

But soon enough, that peaceful expression twists, turns pained.]

[ Oh, dear. He must be having a nightmare. She gentle reaches to take his with hers so he will know he's not alone. ]

It'll be fine. You're not alone...!

[He doesn't hear her. What he hears is instead the sound of a gunshot, the crackle of fire raging out of control. He sees the corpses, the man with the tattoo--

--and snaps awake, and registers that one, he's sleeping on a woman's lap, two, he's sleeping outside his comfortable bed, and three, there's a coat on him.

He pulls himself up to a sitting position, looking slightly embarrassed.]

Ah, I'm sorry. I hope I didn't bother you.

[ Irisviel smiles a bit, shaking her head to his question. ]

You didn't bother me, I promise. I tried to wake you up, but it looked like you were really tired, so I tried to make the best for you while you were sleeping. [ And then she makes a small pause. ] Are you alright? Did you have a nightmare...?

[Yes. Yes, he did.]

Thank you, but no, I didn't. It was just a rather surreal dream.

[ She can sense that, but maybe he doesn't want to speak with her about it. It's fine, she understands. ]

Ah, I see. I hope that you can keep having nice dreams then.[ Oh, Barnaby. ] Are you still tired...?
