Needs more car chases
WHO: NPC stuffed penguins, active members of the Justice League, and anybody else in for the ride.
WHAT: FOLLOW THAT HERRING.
WHERE: The streets of Sirocco.
WARNING: Do not try this at home.
The crowd screams and hugs the buildings as a truck, minding no rules of the street or SIDEWALK, barrels down the road at a crazy speed. As it passes, one poor passerby gets slapped in the face as something wet and slimy falls off the back. The culprit? A... herring?
But it isn't going unnoticed. Another car, this one a van, goes roaring down the street after it, the logo of the Justice League painted on its side. Kotetsu grips the wheel, barreling down the road as fast as he can. Not that it's an easy job what with the obstacles and stuff in the way. Like that fruit cart! Where the hell did it even COME from?
The penguins had come to finish the job, but the League had been waiting. Now they were hot on their heels, aiming to put a finish to their fearless fishy felonies once and for all. Though it would've gone better if they hadn't slipped on all the water spilled from the tank...
That wasn't important, though. What IS important is who else is there, waiting for the opportune moment to leap over to the offending truck.
