Megas exciting theme park fun!

*So there's this girl, see. And she's obviously human, aside from that fang, and that REALLY long green hair. And there's a theme park around, which she megas has to check out, because holy moley, what fun! She's definitely getting into it too, with a silly souvenir hat, and some cotton candy, and all sorts of theme park happiness.

Now maybe you've been looking at all this theme park stuff dubiously. After all, it just sort of appeared, right? But that's not gonna stand.*

Hey, I betcha that's more fun to ride than it is to watch -- but I'm not you, am I? Wanna go on it with me?

So Erk, you talk really fancy. You think maybe you were a knight or somethin'? You got th' clothes for that sorta thing.

If I were, I must have been a sad mockery of one; I hardly have the build for it. Still, castles feel right, so perhaps an accurate guess?

Well, guess that just means we gots to get more familiar, then! We'll all be workin' together, after all.

*They're getting pretty close to the front now!*

Anyway, looks like we're up! You ready?

All right! This is gonna be great!

*It's a log right! It's a lot of shooting along water routes for relatively calm moments -- then splashing down hills. Tsuruya's handling the soaking with good grace -- and by grace we mean laughter. How're you holding up there Erk?*

*And finally it's over, and they emerged, soaked but triumphant.*

Ah, that was great! Definitely you gottas go in the middle of the day though. Lets you dry out faster. You okay there?

I'm fine, thank you. Didn't think it'd be that much water.

Yeah, it don't look like much till you hit it, huh? Let's go get somethin' to eat while we wait.

Is the food around here supposed to be strange? I have had some of that... sweet pink cloud contraption, but only that.

It ain't strange if you know much about carnival food. Lotsa fatty and sugary stuff. Tasty, easy to make and easy to take around with you. That's th' best way to do it after all!

Can't say I've even heard of a carnival before now, but I'll keep that in mind, thank you.

Well, you heard 'a one now! Hahaha! So what do you wanna do next?

Touché. Well, there's something. What's an Iron Dragon?

[He's referring to one of the roller coasters in the park, judging by what he's looking at.]

Ooh! That's a roller coaster! It's a buncha cars, and they all go real fast up and down hills! It's real fun, but it's not fer the faint of heart! You faint of heart, Erk?

...now that I look at it, is it just a log ride without the water? And more steel?

Well, sortas! Except they can do a lot 'a fancy stuff like loops an' real fast speeds you can't quite do on log rides!

Loops? What are-

[His eyes go wide as they follow the track to see a car doing a loop.]

But. That's. How. They didn't fall. What.

It's science! Isn't it amazin'?!

I. Think I might stay off that, come to think.
