[Those of you acquainted with Ky may have noticed that he's been spending a lot of time downtown, particularly around a specific building. This building looks like it hasn't been used in years, and he's been both inside it and all around it.

In reality, the building belongs to him now. For a while, he'd been double-checking the structural integrity of the building and making notes on what all needed to be fixed up.

Then, today, a series of flyers went up on various bulletin boards around the city:]

Oh, you saw that? I've acquired an abandoned building and am trying to convert it into a studio where people can practice their combat techniques. But it isn't something I can do all on my own, so I'm looking for help.

Hello, are you-- [Keith glances at the flyer] Ky Kiske?
I'm Off-- I'm Keith Goodman. Your flyer says you want help with "repair and refurbishing". what exactly would I be doing, if you accepted my help?

Yes, I am. This building was abandoned until I obtained the deed from City Hall. Now, I'm trying to convert it into a studio where people can practice combat techniques. There are some areas that need repair, such as rotted floorboards or leaks in the roof, and converting the interior into a place where people can practice.

All right! Well, It would be easy for me to get up on the roof, and you wouldn't have to worry that I'd fall-- I'm able to control the wind. So I'd be willing to take a look at the leaks for you, Mr. Kiske.
