[Earlier, Joachim had remembered more or less how his non-standard transformations worked and had spent a productive afternoon beating up the ubiquitous low-leveled monsters outside city limits until his biorhythms hit exactly the right point.

This is why there's a (relatively) large talking bat using his videophone account. It should be noted that the bat's voice isn't all that much like Joachim's - it's faster, a little bit nasal, and pitched a few octaves higher, which is still pretty darned deep for something that size. His face is uncannily similar, though. Odds are up in the air whether he's actually recognizable.]

Guys, I can't believe it took me so long to remember how great flying is! All of you should give it a try! If you can't do it on your own, I'd be happy to take you up! I'm stronger than I look, and I'm feeling really pumped right now!

[Alternatively, you could run into him on the streets! He's swooping around making a bit of a spectacle of himself. Even in this town, a big bat weaving about the streets would be enough of an attention-grabber even if he wasn't giving off a glittering golden light with every wingbeat.]
