The impassivity of stone has no fellow feeling for the plight of man or beast! In defiance of the cataclysm that tore this world asunder, this rock has stood proud and strong for centuries! And yet, hauled from its proud home in the mountaintops into the streets of civilization, it still rises firm as it once did in ages past!
