[Hey, know what this city needs?

Well, neither do I. But it's probably not yet another confused newbie. Which is unfortunate, because that's what just showed up. He was given the quickie explanation, but let's face it, that raises more questions than it does answers. He was also given a room, and residents of the Ermis suites can find a boy wandering around and staring at the various room numbers until he finds his. 413, if you're curious. Pretty much everything about him screams 'nooooob.' So feel free to bother him.

Once he gets to his room, he'll be bothering all of you anyway.   He has way too many questions right now, and he's hoping to get answers to a few of them. The video feed clicks on, and anyone watching is greeted with a hopeful smile.]

Oh, neat! It does video too!

[He gives everyone a hesitant wave.]

[He's just now realizing how awkward introducing yourself becomes when you don't know you at all. This  is already the most confusing thing ever. Maybe. Unless he's already seen the most confusing thing ever. It's not like he'd remember it if he did. Yeah, this place is starting to give him a headache. But he'll worry about all of that later. For now, he just gives the camera an embarrassed smile and continues.]

Soo... has anyone else noticed that the explanation they give you when you get here doesn't actually explain a whole lot? Would anyone mind answering a couple of questions? Like about our memories and those thingies we're supposed to find?

I'm afraid you will have to be more specific. What do you mean, about our memories and anemoi?

Ummm.... they explained what anemoi does, and why we have to find it, but what exactly is it?

Aside from a spherical gem, almost clear with a bit of color? Not too much. It just seems to pop up from place to place, and no one is terribly sure why.

But what do they have to do with our memories? And why do they need to processed?

[It really just sounds like the scientists are just sending them on fetch quests.]

Umm.... your floor is great and all, but you should probably actually face the camera.

Oh, that! Well, it happens to be interrelated, we just do not know exactly how. Anemoi by themselves do nothing. I, personally, tried holding onto one for several weeks and remembered nothing beyond normal standards. Processing them is the link between anemoi and memories, but what this process is, I'm afraid I have no idea.

Has anyone tried just asking the scientists how it works?

Naturally. The process itself is very... Saint damn it, what's that phrase... hush-hush?

Isn't it a little suspicious that they won't tell us? Has anyone ever tried sneaking into the lab?

I assumed that it was just a process best left unknown. No idea if anyone has, truth be told.

C'mon, aren't a little bit curious? I bet they won't tell anyone how they do because it's really easy. Something we all could do.

Why else would they keep it a secret?

What's so important about doing it ourselves? They offer to do so, our memories have proven to come back after doing so. Whatever they get out of it seems inconsequential from where I'm standing.
