Even randomness goes by rules. If there were an infinite number of worlds or places or dimensions or whatever you want to call 'em, then the chance of you two coming from the same one would be astronomical.

But no, there's you and Booster, and Kotetsu and Barnaby when he was around, so that already weighs it all too much for it to be infinite! That means we've got a chance of cataloging them! A very slim chance, but still a chance! So you're right, that's great news!
