[A particularly irritated turtle walks the streets of Sirocco. He looks around and sees... ape-like creatures. Nothing but ape-like creatures. A low growl escapes his fangs. Everything seemed too different for his tastes. He couldn't remember anything that happened before coming here, but he deep inside him that he's out of place. This irritates him.

On his way over to... well, he isn't even sure where he's going... he looks to his right and sees in glass his reflection. Horns, spiked turtle shells, fangs, claws... All of his features served to make him look nothing less than intimidating. He was, he had to admit, quite handsome. No doubt he could take some time to admire his reflection some more, but this image further emphasizes how... different he is.

He spends the rest of the day like this until he returns back to his apartment room. After unlocking his door, he squeezes himself in and... sees his roommate, Isaac.]

Rrgh... Terrific. Another ape. Figures my roommate would be another one of you.

... What're you waiting for? Show me where I'm supposed to get a shut-eye around here! I just got here and I'm not in the mood to stomp you for being stupid.

[He impatiently crosses his arms, waiting for you to do as the giant turtle monster says.]

[It's on, but he's not using it properly. In fact, all you really see is just his eye. Talk about a close-up.]

I nearly broke this thing when they first handed it to me. So all right, I'll bite. Anemoi's the stuff that's supposed to give us back our memories, right? Little rocks or jewels or whatever that's just lying around or given as hand-outs. What's stopping me from just snatching them right out of your hands?

Seems pretty easy when you guys're so puny.

[Patience lost and barely thirty seconds.]

[Bowser you have no idea what you're getting into if you can't last thirty seconds with these two.]

[... well, his temper just subsided. A bit of ego-stroking and the King of Koopas returns to higher spirits. He gives a laugh.]

If I remembered half my life, I could give you a whole book on cool.

[Bowser, still a bit tired, walks over to the couch that Isaac and Miria stationed themselves by and sits. The spikes on his shell easily pierces through the cushions. Just after one use, the couch is beaten up quite badly.]

So guess you two are my roommates. Who're you and what's with the duo act?

Are you done admiring yourself? You're in the way.

[Because clearly Bowser takes up so much space that Saleh can't be bothered to go around. If he's impacted by the image of a giant turtle lumbering down the streets, it doesn't show on his features.]

[Bowser's head swiftly turns towards the direction of the offender. He gives Saleh a dirty sneer.]

No, I'm not. Listen, ape-boy, why don't you just go around me instead of being a brat?

[He cracks a smirk, mirth evident in his tone.]

I'm being the brat? You're the one needing to assure yourself that you're even half-decent by your shelled, turtle standards and inconveniencing those around you as a result. How funny.

Hey, you know how hard it is looking this good!? [He raises his fist at Saleh and bares his fangs in an effort to intimidate.]

Like you would! Slap some fancy colors on yourself and suddenly you think you're all that. Bah! And you could always walk around me instead of picking a fight like a brat!

You're not exactly modest with the colors, yourself.

[He nonchalantly brushes his fringe aside.]

Oh, is this a fight? I didn't realize it took so little to damage your pride.

Didn't your mommy ever tell you not to tick off giant turtles twice your size...?

And frankly, I don't care. Your appearance means little to me.

[... Oh, right. He forgot too. Well, boy, does Bowser feel embarrassed with that. But because of his sheer arrogance, he refuses to move all the same.]

Then you ought to start especially when it's so plainly obvious that a big turtle like me can easily wipe that face of yours across the dirt. Bwahahaha!

[Oh, this turtle is hilarious. Saleh doesn't budge, instead resting a hand on his side.]

Really. And what is it that you can do? Besides lumbering around the streets.

I can punch your face in and send you flying across town and over, wimp.

If you can land a hit, obvious exaggeration aside.

[Perhaps predictably, this is when Bowser raises his arm, pulls it back, and releases it dead-on at Saleh's face. He's confident that it'll hit, it'll most certainly hit...]

[Too predictable. Saleh sidesteps and extends a hand. A sudden rush of wind erupts from his palm, intended to knock Bowser's arm farther off course.]

[CLOSEUP BATTLE GO]

Don't you know? A lot of heroes live here, and a lot of them have special powers!

[Oh, but Bowser doesn't think he's close-up to the camera at all. When he sees Mokona, though...]

... Eh!?

What the heck is THAT supposed to be!? Hey, big-eyes, get your face away from the camera!
