Where: Farmer Carol's farm.
How: ...Walking, running, skipping, or log-rolling are all acceptable.
Why: Because I want to.

As Palom had promised, the farm indeed boasted more wholesome family fun activities than you could shake an apple at.  While the main purpose of the day trip, ostensibly, was to finish up harvesting the fruit, the opportunity to explore the farm and its rural surroundings was enticing as well.  By mid-afternoon, Farmer Carol was fully satisfied with the hard work of the volunteers and announced that they were free to do as they pleased.

[ Weaving around a corner now in an attempt to lose him. Poor Shirou. ]

[ Laughing as she dives into the stalks of corn to try to hide... ]

H-Hey! [ Red-faced, but laughing? ] What do you think you're doing?

[Not quite yet realizing the fact that he's got his arms wrapped around her.]

I wouldn't have let you out of my sight in the first place, Shirou!

[ There's a part of her mind that insists she should struggle away from him, but it was easily shoved back further away from reality. ]

No! O-of course not! But do you really expect me to think that hard about something when I'm chasing a person?!

Maybe that would be true if I was just getting some exercise, but I was a little focused on something else!

A lack of trust if anything. I wasn't going to abandon you. I just wanted to play a bit with you, that's all. There's nothing wrong with harmless fun, right?

[ Glancing down at the ground for a moment. ]

I suppose it's unlike me and that it took you by surprise.

Yeah. To both things. I wasn't expecting you to do something like that and so I just reacted reflexively.
