WHAT: Screw capturing, he just wants to observe them for someone who CAN capture something like that.
WHERE: The far side of the harbor.

NOTE: Hiroshi is not, unless otherwise forced or prompted, getting anywhere near the creatures himself. If forced into a confrontation, he'll start looking for more indirect methods of dealing with the monsters.
